6 Transformational Courses

The Mindworks Journey to Compassion is an advanced 6-level program with each level taking a minimum of 14 days to complete. Guided meditations and teachings are progressive, starting from developing lovingkindness for oneself, then to others, and finally compassion practice itself. You’ll explore sending and taking practice—tonglen, the age-old Buddhist practice of exchanging self and others. Each level takes about 30 minutes of learning and practice per day.

Prerequisite: Journey to Well-Being: Level 4 or Journey to Liberation Level 9. Courses must be taken sequentially.
